Is the virtual try-on private?+
Yes. Face tracking runs entirely in your browser on your own device. Your camera feed and photos are never uploaded or stored.
How realistic is the try-on?+
It tracks 478 points on your face and blends each shade with your real skin and lip texture. Colors are close approximations; finish (shimmer, gloss) is simplified, and your screen and lighting shift color.
Why does the camera not start?+
Your browser needs camera permission. On iPhone use Safari or Chrome and tap Allow. If you would rather not use the camera, upload a front-facing selfie instead.
Can it tell my undertone?+
Tap 'Read my undertone' for a quick estimate from your cheeks and forehead. Room lighting and camera white balance affect it, so confirm with the undertone test or the quiz.
Which phones and browsers work?+
Recent Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox on phones and computers. Older devices may run the tracking more slowly.
